I went to Kriza not sure of what to expect. I am a licensed cosmetologist myself, but my license is in Michigan, so I'm not working in a salon right now. I recently moved to LA (in February) and I was somewhat apprehensive about going to a new salon without any recommendations. I am pretty picky and know what I want when I go to a salon. I made an appointment for a partial highlight and a haircut. The salon put me with Erin for my color and Maria for my haircut. These girls did exactly what I asked them to and I love my hair! They also told me exactly what their services would cost me before they started too, so there weren't any surprises when it was time to pay. I would definitely go back to this salon. The salon also gives complimentary hand/arm massages when your color is processing, and Maria touched up my makeup when I was all finished. This salon was great and I would definitely go back!

I go here exclusively to see Deniz. She does such a great job with my highlights. She took me from a medium brown to a dark blonde over the course of about 8 months. Following her slow and steady logic I've been lightening gradually so no one really knows when my hair changed colors or how drastically it's changed, Taking my time has also kept my hair from becoming fried. She blends so many shades that it looks really natural and keeps my root line from looking like I drew it on with a sharpie pen. I can go 8-10 weeks between touch ups because of the combination of shades.

I find this salon to be very generous with their "partials". Much closer to half of your head, than the typical 3rd of other salons "partial highlight".

I've been going to this Aveda salon for over a year now -- I go to Erin and she is the BEST colorist! She takes her time and does the most natural looking highlights. She always listens to what I want and gives a great scalp massage with the shampoo.

She is very reasonably priced and usually does more than one color for the highlight weave. Everyone should go to Erin for highlights!! She does the best job!

recently had a facial with Martina and she was great! I loved that her personality was relaxed and warm. We went over my skin's current condition and what my goal was. My skin is still thanking her. I will be returning on a regular basis! Woohoo!

I have followed Hita from 3 salons until she opened her own here in the valley. I have been to many "trendy" west side colorist over the years and Hita is by far the best I've been to. Amazing eye for color and always great ideas for a fresh look... This is the only place I'll go to have my hair done.

... I have had nothing but absolutely positive experiences here. I get my color done at Aveda Kriza; I absolutely love all the people there, especially Melissa -- she is an amazing colorist and gives me exactly what I'm looking for. The place is impeccably clean; and the hours are great for fitting around my work hours -- I would definitely recommend the place to anyone ;)

I love this Salon and have been going there for almost 3 years.....they do a fabulous job on my hair!!! The atmosphere is beautiful and everyone is very friendly......I love the staff! They also offer above and beyond service there....soothing tea as well as hand spa massages with your services. After going to this salon, I seriously could not go anywhere else.

Hita is wonderful and is the person that has been cutting my hair all of this time, she also has done the color several times and is excellent. Hita also does my friends color on a regular basis and the color is really beautiful and natural....she even went to another Aveda store (not owned by this salon) and they asked her who did her highlights because they were so perfect.

I love this salon!!! They don't try to kill you with their pricing, the atmosphere is really nice and the staff is very friendly. Norma cuts my hair and I'm SO glad I found her!! She truly listens to what I ask for instead of some places I've been where they give you whatever they want. I would recommend her to anyone whose had a bad experience in the past, she'll take great care of you
